At Studio Nine 13, we have the incredible opportunity to work with businesses that are shaping their communities, and few brands are as impactful as Chick-fil-A. When Chick-fil-A Southchase Plaza in Orlando approached us with a project to celebrate their 25th anniversary, we knew it was something special. Not only were we creating a heartfelt milestone video for the celebration, but we also produced training and welcome videos for their new employees — a true showcase of how our services can support a brand’s story and operations.
To kick off this project, we spent a day and a half at their restaurant to film all of the footage we needed for these videos. Our mission? Capture the heart and soul of Chick-fil-A Southchase Plaza by interviewing 25 people — one for each year of their history.
These weren’t just any interviews. We spoke with team members, former employees, loyal customers, and community members who have all played a role in making this location the success it is today. The stories they shared were powerful — filled with pride, gratitude, and a sense of connection to the Chick-fil-A family.
The footage we gathered wasn’t just for their anniversary video. We also produced training and onboarding videos to ensure their new hires feel welcomed and ready to succeed.
