A household name like Chick-fil-A has already established its niche in the market. They have a well-loved product, a recognizable brand, and a strong customer base. Their communication goal is geared more towards promoting brand loyalty. One way of doing this is by harnessing their relationship with customers.

Delivering consistent and exceptional products and services is just the beginning. Relationship-building with customers also involves opening up to them. It is important to go beyond a transactional relationship. There must be a human connection. And not just through face-to-face interactions, but also through stories that people can easily relate to.
This is where video production can make a difference. In this age of digital connections, storytelling is an art and one that we excel in.
Our task was to create a monthly video series that would showcase the stories of team members as well as highlight products and services. We also used the output of video production for social media purposes.
Our first round of videos featured four team members. The goal was to show how the company has made an impact on their lives, even outside of work.
There is the story of Aaron and Coral Sharp, a couple both working for the fast-food chain. Aaron is a facilities coordinator while Coral is in marketing. In the video, they share how Chick-fil-A’s flexible working conditions have allowed them to grow their family as foster, and now adoptive, parents.
We also interviewed team leader Baby Bras. Baby comes from a big family, which is why she feels right at home at Chick-fil-A. She also shares how her work has helped her grow as a person and as a professional.
Finally, we have Kammy’s story. Kammy grew up in the foster care system. She eventually found her forever home when she was a teenager. Today, she works with her parents, who are senior directors in the company. As a young adult, Kammy is gaining valuable experience while enjoying the flexibility to pursue her hobbies. What is most touching about her story is how the local team at Chick-fil-A supported her parents in their decision to adopt her, even when many others warned them against it.
Working with Quinton and Kristin is awesome! They are professional and always have great ideas. When some of our team members got nervous during the videoing process, Kristen talked them through the conversation and this really helped to calm them down. Quinton is always quick to get back with you with any questions that you may have. Great husband and wife duo. Overall a great experience and they are a company we will continue to work with!
