Brandon Kaufman

Brandon Kaufman, the talented Sound Designer at Studio Nine 13, has been an integral part of the team since the beginning. Brandon met Quinton Macari during their college years while they were both completing their master's programs. It was there that they collaborated on their first movie together, The Summoning, forging a professional partnership that has flourished ever since.

Armed with degrees in Recording Arts and Entertainment Business, Brandon has consistently demonstrated his expertise and passion for sound design. His work spans a variety of mediums, including movie and television sound mixing, where he has made notable contributions. He served as the sound effects editor for last year’s critically acclaimed film A Time For Every Purpose, showcasing his exceptional skills in creating immersive audio experiences. He also brought his talents to the short film A Life Worthy and the TV series Boulder Buds, where he worked as the re-recording mixer and supervising sound editor.

At Studio Nine 13, Brandon has worked with high-profile brands such as Coke, US Bank, Palo Alto Networks, Chick-fil-A, and NurseCon. His role in post-production at Studio Nine 13 has been pivotal in delivering top-tier audio quality for a wide range of projects. Additionally, Brandon has extensive experience in project management and live sound mixing and has logged countless hours in recording studios.
