Rashad Christopher, Head of Post Production at Studio Nine 13, is a creative powerhouse with over 20 years of experience in editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and creative direction. His journey with Studio Nine 13 began in 2016 during the reboot of The Daily Buzz, where he originally came on board to handle graphics. At the time, Q was cutting the show’s episodes — but it wasn’t long before Rashad stepped into the editing chair, allowing Q to lean more into producing and directing. The rest, as they say, is history.
Since then, Rashad and Q have built a lasting creative partnership — one that has evolved into a seamless collaboration fueled by mutual respect, shared vision, and plenty of post-production wizardry.
Armed with a BFA in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics from Miami International University of Art & Design and a master’s degree in Broadcast Design from SCAD Atlanta, Rashad has worked across nearly every corner of the industry. He’s worn many hats throughout his career — Senior Editor, Postproduction Director, Motion Designer — and his portfolio includes work for household names like Coca-Cola, Walmart, Warner Bros./AOL, CBS Television Productions, MTV Networks, The Weather Channel, and many more. He’s also the founder of Sixthrealm, his creative studio through which he continues to deliver design-driven content for brands across the country.
At Studio Nine 13, Rashad leads the charge on post-production, delivering polished, story-driven visuals that elevate every project he touches. From branded content and promotional videos to large-scale campaigns, he’s brought his expertise to some of Studio Nine 13’s most high-profile work — including projects for NurseBlake, Hydreight, U.S. Bank, and a wide range of real estate and corporate clients. His keen eye, fast turnaround, and design-forward mindset make him an essential force in the Studio Nine 13 lineup.
When he’s not building graphics or cutting footage into something unforgettable, Rashad is all about family life. He lives with his wife, Yolanda, and their two sons, Romee and Deakin, and he spends his free time cooking, reading, and creating personal projects that keep his creativity sharp.
